After a commercial education Mr. Flaskämper founded more than one dozens of different, independent business companies with internet business models since 1998, accompanied these to success and committed the operational management of the companies in teams compiled by him.
Already in 1998 Mr. Flaskämper founded the well-known online price comparison Geizkragen.de, the 2001 most popular website in Germany, awarded by Heidi Klum and even the former Federal Minister of Economics, Rainer Brüderle, is one of his fans.
Furthermore, Germany’s largest online payroll and salary comparison nettolohn.de was developed by Mr. Flaskämper, in 1999.
In 2001, Mr. Flaskämper founded adbutler.de, one of the first and largest german-language affiliate networks, which was taken over from the listed YOC AG from Berlin in 2008.
In 2007, Mr. Flaskämper and Michael Silberberger developed the seminar-portal SemiGator.de, which is the market leader in Germany today with over 250,000 bookable seminars. At last the publishing company-group Handelsblatt (VHB) became the largest shareholder. The company was taken over by the Haufe publishing group at the end of 2012.
In 2009, Mr. Flaskämper conceived content.de AG, a network of over 6,000 authors and copywriters which create engine optimized texts and translations for companies from the online area. The successful concept has already been exported from Germany to nine foreign markets.
The latest project is Germany’s first and only emporium for the new internet currency Bitcoin, which is regulated by the Federal Institution for Financial indirectly by the cooperation with Fidor Bank AG Munich. This emporium is operated by Bitcoin AG on bitcoin.de.
Mr. Flaskämper was appointed by the NRW Minister of Economic Affairs in 2002 with the „GO! NRW Founder Award „and 2012 by the Federal President for his training project „ChefAzubi“ as „Selected Place in the Land of Ideas 2011“.
Currently Mr. Flaskämper developed the “Denkwerk Herford”, which accommodates place for new ideas and communication of company founders on 3000 square meters. Furthermore company founders can use the surface very flexible. They can rent just a writing desk or hole floor for their company. Because communication is the most important building block to success, regular events are helfing entrepreneurs and founders to share ideas and experiences.
Mr. Flaskämper has supervisory and administrative mandates in various, partly listed companies and and is committed in several, voluntary organizations, for example:
